The music, the clothes, And the crazy fads. Being born in 1990 and as a child growing up in the 90s. I can honestly say, things were a hell of a lot better than what we have endured now over these last ten years. We never had these stupid social networking websites, we never had texting, or any of this technological crap! we never had wars, we never had FAT KIDS either.
In the 90s kids went outside and played, we had the latest toys, we knew the latest songs, we knew the latest dance moves, we had a culture!
for some reason, in the 2000's we never really had a culture, all we had was wars, a dead economy, a stupid president, and a so called terrorist!
and its sad to say all the next future generation of kids will have left is computers, they will never experience the joys of playing street games, or sitting down to write a passionate letters or writing in general!
youtube, facebook, myspace, and countless other social networks have destroyed our way of life FOR the WORST! our thoughts are no longer private people can see what you think! and everything you post on a wall is out there for the whole world to see!
what kind of a world do we want our children to live in? a world with a lack of creativity or artistic expression? or a world free from the belief that we as human beings have to destroy another group of human beings for the sake of protecting god and country?
the music of todays youth glorify a state of mysogony, drugs, and gang life, there is a lack of creativity. RnB music has been watered down to lyrics of sex and infidelity. and our sense of reality about the world is lost!
when our we as a people going to wake up and realize that we dont have a culture anymore?
do you think the 1990's was the last great generation or is this a sign that we have lost our morals since september 11, 2001?
when our we going to live again and raise our childern the way our parents raised us?
we have no culture anymore? we have nothing to define the times accept two planes hitting two buildings!
our we going to start living again? or are we already dead?
